Reservations
From what time can I enter my reserved room?
Your room will be available from 15:00. In case you arrive in the morning, you can leave your luggage at the hotel free of charge until your room is ready.
What time do I have to leave the room?
Your room will be available until 1:00 p.m. If you have spa services or packages, you will be allowed up to 3:00 p.m.
During what hours is reception available?
The reception works from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. If you have a reservation and it is impossible for you to arrive before 11:00 p.m., a security guard will assist you by providing access to your room and charging you.
Is it mandatory to provide a credit card number to make a reservation?
We cannot hold or guarantee your reservation without your bank details. We do not charge your card until the day of your arrival at the hotel. Only non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-modifiable reservations will be charged in full to the card.
Can I change the dates of my reservation?
In some cases it can be done, subject to availability and 48 hours prior to your arrival at the hotel. Please contact us if you have any questions about the conditions of your reservation.
Yes, they already include 16% VAT and 2.5% lodging tax.
What payment methods does the hotel accept?
The following payment methods are accepted: cash, Visa, MasterCard, electronic funds transfer.
Do you have intermediaries selling your services?
No, all the services we offer will have to be contracted directly with us, either via telephone, social networks or website, we do not have third parties that sell our services at more affordable prices.
Rooms
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
No, all rooms have a very sensitive smoke detector and smoking is prohibited in the rooms and inside the hotel.
No, pets of any kind are not allowed.
Do you have rooms for more than three people?
No, for a family of 4 or more people, depending on our availability, we can reserve two adjoining or nearby rooms on the same floor.
Can an extra bed be added to a room for 4 or 5 people?
Yes, but you will have to pay the cost of the extra people beforehand, cots can be brought in under the client’s responsibility and comfort.
Yes, only in the single double range.
Yes, you have to call the reception to request it and they can take it to your room.
Amenities
Is there access to telephone signal in the hotel?
No, the hotel does not have cell phone signal, only free internet throughout the hotel.
Yes, we have a SPA with incredible facilities, where services are provided from massages, facials, body treatments, waxing.
If I do not have SPA services, can I access the pool inside the SPA?
No, out of respect for the other clients who are inside taking services, access is not allowed, as it is a place of complete harmony and relaxation.
No, we have a space inside the hotel which has a multifunctional machine for basic exercise.
Do you have secure parking at the hotel?
Yes, we have parking and security 24 hours a day, this has no extra cost.
Do you have laundry facilities at the hotel?
Yes, you can request the laundry menu at the reception, and if you need an iron and ironing board, you will also need to request them.
Yes, but it is only designated as an event hall.
What are the restaurant opening hours?
Service begins from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
Can you offer me breakfast before that time?
Yes, at 7:00 a.m. we can offer you an American breakfast or if you want something to take away you will have to request it at reception the day before before, before 8:00 p.m.
Hotel access
How can I get to the hotel from CDMX?
By car:
The journey is very simple, we are located 4 hours from CDMX, taking the Federal Highway Mexico Laredo, passing through Pachuca, Actopan, Ixmiquilpan, Tasquillo and then you will arrive to Zimapán, entering the municipality you will find a detour that will bring you directly to the Hotel, this is very visible as it is located on the side of the road at Kilometer 205, San pedro, Zimapán Hidalgo.
By bus:
The bus company has the name “Flecha Roja”, so you can identify it, requesting a ticket with direct destination to Zimapán, we recommend you to get to the bus station and from there take a cab service that can bring you to “Hotel Royal Spa” since the distance is 10 minutes away.
How far are you located from downtown Zimapán?
We are located 8 minutes from downtown Zimapán by car.
